Not able to sign in to my account. Login page not working properly.
The app is no longer working on Android, it works on my iphone successfully, there is not update and the is not responding

After controlling successfully ONCE the turntable with the app, I cannot login into the app anymore. No error messages, nothing. Tried reinstalling the app, resetting password (don't get email), creating a new account through the website, installing the app on another phone, restarting the phones - & NOTHING. The turntable is essentially useless without logging in with the app. I am going to return this item if I can't make it work today. It is really a pitty.

The app has no problems
640x640 resolution is a joke on both iOS and android. The colour profiling on pixel 6 is garbage, slightly better on iOS. WASTE OF TIME.
Why do I need to share my location in order to control a turn table??? Is there any way to do 12 pictures instead of 24??
The app doesn't save 360 video. I see many are complaining of this. And the export it gives you is only 640 x 640. So there goes the plug and play feature and youll have to record manually and then edit and crop in software. Fix the app please. Letting you down.
This product without a working app is trash and the app DOES NOT WORK. I just got/paid for this trash today, expected full functionality only to discover the 360 Video option DOES NOT WORK! I bought it for this purpose only! Read some reviews and found this is an existing problem for almost a year now! But dont worry there is more! You have to pay more to unlock the full features of an app that serves a physical device that is already expensive as it can be! There is only one monkey here, me!
